Registration for field trips is underway! Please go to the Rio Grande Birding Festival webpage to register for birding field trips (click under Registration). The organizers of the WbS meeting are working to arrange transportation to/from the La Quinta to Harlingen convention center where each birding trip begins.

We are planning a trip to the newly restored Bahia Grande for Sunday, November 9. Cost will be $10/person. Please contact Mary Gustafson to reserve your spot.
Self-guided field trip to the Southernmost point of Texas! David Benn, a local naturalist, will be available at the preserve for questions. You may come and go at the preserve on Sunday, November 9, between 7:30 am and 12:00 pm. There is no entrance fee but you must provide your own transportation.
